Terms of service

By buying or using an xqroo API key you agree to these terms.

The service

xqroo is an image-recognition API. You send image challenges and receive recognition results. Accuracy is best-effort; only answered requests are billed.

Payment

Plans are paid in cryptocurrency through our payment processor. Monthly plans provide a daily allowance for the stated billing period. Pay-as-you-go balances do not expire. Because payments are on-chain and keys are issued on confirmation, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Use the API only where you are permitted to automate the task in question, and in line with the terms of any third-party site or service you interact with and all applicable laws. You are responsible for how you use the results. Don't resell access, abuse the service, or attempt to disrupt it.

Your key

Keep your API key private. Usage on your key is your responsibility. We may suspend a key for abuse or non-payment.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
